TERMITE STATIONS

For the best protection against Termite attack, one Interceptor Station should be installed every 3 meters. If concrete paths or pavers are present. Install Interceptor Stations at the edge of the concrete or pavers, or lift out a paver & install the station in it place. Check the interceptor stations every 2 to 4 weeks by looking at the sight glass located in the lid, if mud is evident under the sight glass, active termites are in the station. Call a licensed pest operator to treat the active Termites. The sight glass has been installed so that feeding termites are not disturbed.. Do not install Interceptor Stations within 1 meter of the house. Do not treat Interceptor Stations your self as you will only kill the Termites in the station & leave millions of Termites in the nest. Termite stations should not be relied on as the only form of Termite protection. Regular Termite inspections should be carried out as per Australian Standards by a licensed pest control operator & all recommendations from this report should be carried out.

MOSQUITO/MIDGE TRAPS

For mosquitoes install trap in a shady area more than 1 meter above the ground. For midges the trap is best installed at ground level at the site of infestation, more than 1 trap may be required for control of midges. The light is the first attractant, the trap will attract from as far as the light can be seen.
